Macro December 2012

So, whilst out shopping before Christmas, I ‘accidentally’ went into Jessops and treated myself to a lens that i’ve been looking at for a while.  A Tamron SP AF 90mm f2.8 Macro 1:1 Nikon fit.

Below is a few of images that i’ve taken.  A couple of the clock on our mantle piece and a couple of a leaf skeleton that I found in the garden.  My first real attempt at macro, i’m quite pleased with them.

Definitely a challenge, need loads of light or long exposures when you get down to really small stuff.
